AltexSoft, a Travel & Hospitality Technology Consulting company, participated in Phocuswright Europe 2023, which took place from June 12 to June 14 in Barcelona, Spain. The conference’s theme for this year, “Travelers. Titans. Trailblazers.”, brought together industry leaders to discuss the future of travel and the challenges and opportunities ahead.

The travel industry is at a turning point, with shifting demand patterns opening doors for both established titans and ambitious trailblazers. The theme for this year explored the dynamics of a post-pandemic world, addressing traveler expectations, the role of technology in the industry, and the importance of trust and transparency in building customer loyalty.
