Charter service

Charter service is an arrangement in which an entire vehicle (e.g., a helicopter, private jet, bus, or yacht) is rented for exclusive use over a specified period to make the travel experience more private and personalized.

Charter services allow travelers to tailor their itineraries, including departure times, routes, and onboard amenities. This flexibility is especially useful for events, group tours, or corporate travel.

A customer or travel agent contacts a charter service provider to discuss requirements such as the type of vehicle, travel dates, route, and any special amenities needed. The provider offers a tailored proposal, and once the terms are agreed upon, a contract is signed outlining all details, including cancelation policies and any additional services requested.

A certified crew always operates a rented aircraft. However, when travelers rent a bus, they may have the option to either hire a driver from the rental company or drive the vehicle themselves if they meet the required licensing conditions.
