A club floor is a premium floor in a hotel that offers exclusive amenities and services to guests who book specific rooms or suites on that floor. These floors are typically designed for business travelers or high-end customers who seek enhanced comfort during their stay. 

Depending on the hotel, a club floor offers

• a private lounge with complimentary food and drinks that also has a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere compared to the general hotel areas;
• personalized services, such as expedited check-in/check-out, concierge assistance, and special housekeeping services;
• upgraded room features like better views, more luxurious furnishings, or higher-quality bedding and toiletries; and
• access to special events and priority reservations for dining and activities.

Access to a club floor is also reserved for loyalty program members who have achieved elite status with the hotel chain.
