Facilities are physical spaces, a grouping pieces of equipment, or services provided for a particular purpose. In the travel industry, the term facilities describes the infrastructure, amenities, and services that accommodate customers and enhance their experiences. They encompass:

• transportation hubs (airports, train stations, bus terminals, car rentals, etc.);
• accommodations; 
• dining establishments;
