Standard room

A standard room is a basic type of accommodation offered by hotels. It is typically the cheapest room type designed to provide essential services and comfort at an affordable price. A standard room includes

• one or two beds (queen, king, or twin);
• a private bathroom;
• basic facilities like a desk, chair, and bureau; and
• basic amenities like a television, air conditioning, and toiletries.

Some services, like laundry, Wi-Fi, or room service, may not be included in a standard room rate but are available for an extra fee.
