AltexSoft Acquires DA-14, Custom Software Development Company

Kharkiv, Ukraine – 21 December 2021 – AltexSoft, a technology & solution consulting company, acquires DA-14, a custom software development firm with offices in Boston, Massachusetts, and an engineering center in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

The acquisition aims at reinforcing the existing AltexSoft technology expertise and broadening the tech talent pool. DA-14 focuses on software engineering, including mobile app development. It mainly uses a JavaScript set of technologies (MEAN stack).

AltexSoft will strive to preserve the majority of ongoing DA-14 partnerships to make the transition seamless both for clients and engineers working on their projects.
