Oleksandr Medovoi, President & CEO of AltexSoft, is Elected to the Advisory Board of the IT Ukraine Association

Kharkiv, Ukraine – January 18, 2021 – Oleksandr Medovoi, President & CEO of AltexSoft, was elected to the Advisory Board of IT Ukraine Association for 2021.

The election took place on December 16, 2020, at the General Meeting, where the members discussed the results of 2020 and determined the direction of the Association’s development for 2021. Representatives of member companies elected the leadership via online voting. Currently, there are 59 companies in the Association.

The main goals of the IT Ukraine Association are to foster the development of the IT community in Ukraine, represent the interests of their members at the international level, and promote the Ukrainian IT industry abroad. The Association's leadership team is comprised of a president, 4 vice-presidents, and 13 participants from the Advisory Board. The leadership team is elected annually from representatives of member companies.

In 2020, Oleksandr Medovoi was elected to membership in the newly created Advisory Council for Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.

The IT Ukraine Association was founded in 2004 by leading IT companies of Ukraine - Miratech, Mirasoft, ProFIX, SoftLine, SoftServe and Ukrsoft. During its years of operation, the Association has become the largest community of service IT companies in Ukraine. The mission of the Association is to help create favorable conditions for the sustainable development of the Ukrainian IT industry. Today the Association unites more than 50 leading Software Development companies, which together account for more than 50 percent of the total industry revenue.
