Learning and Development Specialist

• 3+ years of experience in the learning and development field
• Proven experience in independently organizing and coordinating learning events
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience working with documents, budgets, and databases
• Proficiency in English at a B1+ level or higher
• Master`s degree

Be responsible for the following focuses:

Strategic Planning:

• Participate in the development of the company's long-term talent development strategy.
• Implement and adapt strategic talent development initiatives to ensure alignment with the company's business goals.
• Assess learning needs based on the business's strategic objectives.
• Propose improvements to existing training programs and develop new initiatives based on market analysis and internal needs.

Budget:

• Gather requirements and assist in the formation of the annual learning and development budget.
• Support budget adjustments as necessary.

Learning Events:

• Organize and coordinate webinars, training sessions, and other educational events.
• Manage training program calendars, ensuring approval and integration into systems.
• Ensure timely communication with associates and coordinate all related processes.
• Collect and analyze feedback to enhance the quality of processes and educational events.
• Collaborate with external providers to ensure the smooth execution of educational projects.
• Support the payment process for external service providers.

Administration and Documentation:

• Maintain and update the knowledge base and manage relevant documents.
• Support and develop educational resources on internal information platforms.
