Our project is focused on developing an innovative communication platform that serves as a unified solution for the aviation industry. The platform facilitates real-time communication and collaboration among pilots, technical staff, dispatchers, and managers, while offering tools for content management, compliance tracking, smart forms, and real-time data analysis. It also supports efficient publication management and personalized content delivery, providing a comprehensive ecosystem that streamlines information sharing and operational coordination.
You Have
- Proven experience in mobile development with mandatory hands-on experience migrating applications from Xamarin to MAUI.
- Expertise in C#, XAML, and the .NET ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of cross-platform development frameworks and RESTful API integrations.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail

You Are Going To
- Lead and execute the migration of mobile applications from Xamarin to MAUI, ensuring a smooth transition and improved performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using MAUI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to implement robust technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and adherence to best coding practices.
- Mentor and support junior developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance the product.
